Chef Alexandre Fonteneau is the new Bakery and Pastry Chef at Ob-Oon Bakery at Putahracsa Hua Hin. Alexandre is French and has joined the Putahracsa Team after a two year assignment at the Crowne Plaza, Dubai where he held the position of Bakery Chef. Prior to this Chef Alexandre worked in various traditional French Bakeries and Patisseries in Paris, France.
