I had the luck to be invited from Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa and try their Spa.
The first thing you see on entering the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort and Spa is the beautiful tropical garden and that all the rooms are around the 560-metre circumference lagoon style swimming pool. The Resort has a unique low-rise architecture which provides you a boundless panoramic view towards the ocean.
The Shine Spa in Sheraton is designed to promote relaxation and rejuvenation and designed with warm colors using a modern Thai interior design.
The spa menu offers a wide range of body care and beauty treatments featuring products that combine therapeutic benefits and aromatherapy. I chose the signature treatment from Shine Spa the “Shine Massage Treatment” (2,5 hours treatment time).
The treatment started with the Shine Body Glow, a combination of pure sea salts and fresh orange scrub that gently removes dead skin cells. The scrub combined with a deeply calming and uplifting massage also helped to soften, smooth and renew the skin. The scrub and the orange smell was amazing and really effective, my skin after the treatment was really soft and smelt fantastic. My therapist Khun Pawinee finished of the scrub buy removing the excess scrub with warm towels. Heaven!
Then Khun Pawinee prepared a warm bath for me and I was ready to feel the next level of indulgence; “Shine Massage”. This therapy is a charming blend therapy of East meets West techniques. My therapist started with stimulation to the pressure points with Traditional Thai Massage for relief of tension. Khun Pawinee with her professional Thai massage movements helped me enjoy the Thai massage like I have never done before. No pain, no strain just relaxation. And then I discovered the hot compress treatment.
