Biggles Big Band ceCelebrates the hits ofthe Big Band Era & the songs of Frank Sinatra
Biggles Big Band of Amsterdam, conducted by Adrie Braat, is a 18-piece orchestra that plays music from the great swing era, recreating the magical sounds of Glenn Miller, Count Basie and Tommy Dorsey. For more than 20 years, Biggles Big Band has performed every Monday night at the Casablanca Café, located right in the heart of Amsterdam.
The bands’ vocalist, crooner Arnold Auée, brings Frank Sinatra back to life with songs like: Fly Me To The Moon, I’ve Got You Under My Skin and The Lady Is A Tramp.
The programme will include tunes such as Tuxedo Junction, In The Mood, American Patrol, and many more famous classics.
Biggles Big Band has the right selection of music to keep everyone dancing and listening long into the night.
